Our client is a leader in the IT Solutions and Services Delivery and is seeking a Senior UX / UI Developer to join their team. They build award winning Content Management, CRM, e-Commerce, Mobile, Cloud and BI solutions and service top enterprise level clients throughout the GTA and North America.
The senior UX / UI developer will focus on the delivery of web applications development project tasks with heavy emphasis on responsive website and mobile sites.
You must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and are a self-starter. You have experience working in agile development shop and have great communication and client presentation skills.
Technical Skills:
- Expert in UI technologies, including HTML 5 and CSS 3
- Expert in Twitter Bootstrap 3.x must and Zurb Foundation 5 preferred
- Experience using prototyping tools such as Balsamiq, Mockflow, Axure, InVision and etc.
- Experience of building wireframes from customer requirements and interviews
- Very strong expertise in slicing PSDs into HTML5/CSS3
- Knowledge of JQuery and JQuery Mobile is required
- Knowledge of JavaScript and/or JavaScript MVC frameworks such as ExtJS, Angular, Ember, Backbone, Dojo and etc. is preferred
- Knowledge of front-end/javascript testing frameworks is preferred
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
